A system for FATA (Palestinian Center for Human Communication) that decides which families in Gaza qualify for treatment, aid or FATA-funded projects. It assigns home visits to staff, field researchers assess each case on an Android tablet app at the family’s home, and the system scores cases as eligible or not. It was an internal tool, used only on FATA’s own Android tablets and never released to the public.

The brief
FATA needed a fair, consistent way to decide which families in Gaza qualify for treatment, aid or its funded projects.
What I built
A Firebase backend that assigns home visits to FATA's staff, and a Java Android app that field researchers use on tablets inside each family's home to record and assess the case. The system then scores each case as eligible or not.
Where it is now
Used internally by FATA's field teams. It was never released to the public.
